Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to make and despatch my order?
All frames are made to order and it typically takes 5-7 days to process your order.  During peak times this can be substantially longer and during quieter periods this can be much shorter.  Please do not hesitate to check with us before ordering if you require your order by a specific date.

How long does it take to receive my item?
INTERNATIONAL delivery is approximately 1-2 weeks after your order has shipped.
UK delivery is usually 1-2 days after your order has shipped.  
All orders are sent via a tracked service and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, we ship worldwide.  If you are unable to see your Country listed then please contact us for a postage quote.

Will you send a proof photo before you make my order?
If you require a proof before your order is sent please just ask.  This isn't a problem!

Do you do custom orders?
Crafty Em Bee is all about personalised and unique items and so if there is something specific you would like that you can't find on the website please just contact us.

Help, I have a problem with my order?
Please contact us straight away with any queries and we will do our best to resolve them for you immediately. 

Do you accept returns?
As most of our products are personalised we cannot accept returns.  If however your order is incorrect or damaged then please contact us and we will correct this straight away.  Please make sure that any personalised wording you provide is correct as this will be copied directly on to your order.

Customs charges for International Customers
Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees when a package is shipped internationally. These charges can vary widely and I am unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied.
